Course Overview

Pre-Course Work (2 hours): Students will explore and assess the strengths of their talents with the Clifton Strength Finder. This is included in your registration price. Please email once you register to get your access code.

Days 1 and 2 (both 8-hour days):
Both days will be 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch. Topics include going over your Clifton Strength Finder results, the designation process, breakout activities, etc.

Day 3 (5 hours):
The final day will be from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and possibly virtual. Learn about the rules, regulations, and tips for online course delivery as well as requirements specific to Massachusetts instructors.

Take-Home Project (8 hours):
The homework consists of creating an outline for a new course using student takeaways with a 1-minute video to promote it. Make sure to use a snappy title!
