Course Overview

Pre-Course Work (2 hours): Students will explore and assess the strengths of their talents with the Clifton Strength Finder. This is included in your registration price. Please email lmayer@marealtor.com once you register to get your access code.

Days 1 and 2 (both 8-hour days):
Both days will be 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch. Topics include going over your Clifton Strength Finder results, the designation process, breakout activities, etc.

Day 3 (5 hours):
The final day will be from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and possibly virtual. Learn about the rules, regulations, and tips for online course delivery as well as requirements specific to Massachusetts instructors.

Take-Home Project (8 hours):
The homework consists of creating an outline for a new course using student takeaways with a 1-minute video to promote it. Make sure to use a snappy title!
