WALTHAM, Mass. – January 1, 2020 – Guillermo Molina, a Realtor® at Coco, Early & Associates in Haverhill, has been elected Northern Regional Representative for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR) for 2020.
As regional representative for the Northern region, Molina will coordinate association objectives and activities within the Greater Newburyport, Northeast, and North Shore Associations of Realtors®, and meet regularly with local and regional leadership to discuss real estate industry issues of statewide importance. He automatically becomes a member of the MAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors as a result of his election as a regional representative.
A member of the MAR Board of Directors since 2017, Molina has served on the Finance, Professional Standards, Communications and Public Relations, Grievance, and Mediation Committees. In 2019, he served as the Vice Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
On the local level, Molina was the 2017 President of the Northeast Association of Realtors®. In 2018, he was honored as his local associations Realtor® of the Year. That same year, he served as chair for the Political Involvement Committee, and as a member of the Executive and Finance Committees. In 2019, he continued to be a member of the Executive and Finance Committees in addition to a member of the Realtor® Party Committee.
A Realtor® since 2006, Molina has served on the national level in 2019 on the Diversity Committee, and in 2018 on the Consumer Communications Committee.
