Braintree Real Estate Educator Named 2017 Massachusetts Real Estate Educator of the Year

Waltham, Mass.- September 14, 2017 – The Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR) announced today that Kimberly Allard broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals and real estate instructor at Real Estate Training RX in Braintree, has been named 2017 Massachusetts Real Estate Educator of the Year. The award was presented at MAR’s Professional Awards Reception, which was held September 14 at the DoubleTree Hilton in Milford.

“Kimberly’s natural sense of humor and passion for education makes her a favorite among Realtors® who have had the pleasure to sit in one of her courses or presentations,” said Massachusetts Association of Realtors® 2017 President Paul Yorkis, president of Patriot Real Estate in Medway. “More importantly, the content of her courses is always as enlightening as it is engaging and fresh.”

Kimberly Allard is a state-certified continuing education instructor in Massachusetts who writes, designs and teaches real estate courses and programs. She has taught several real estate classes for local associations including the National Association of Realtors® Quadrennial Ethics and Realtor® Safety courses. Allard also designed, developed and teaches the South Shore Realtors® new member orientation. She has authored several unique courses that span topics such as social media, real estate transaction software and maintaining buyer client relationships.

Established in 2003 and presented annually, the Massachusetts Real Estate Educator of the Year award recognizes Realtors® for their voluntary contributions and participation in activities that promote the professional development and career advancement of fellow real estate practitioners. Nominations for the award are accepted from the 13 local Realtor® associations in Massachusetts, as well as from industry practitioners, and the selection of the award recipient is made by the MAR Educator of the Year Award Committee.
