WALTHAM, Mass. – January 6, 2014 – Lenny Harris, a broker at Keller Williams Realty in Norwood, has been elected South Shore Region vice president for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) for 2014.
As vice president for the South Shore region, Harris will coordinate association objectives and activities within the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS®, and meet regularly with local and regional leadership to discuss real estate industry issues of statewide importance. He automatically becomes a member of the MAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors as a result of his election as a regional vice president.
Harris has been a member of the MAR Board of Directors since 2010 and will serve on the Member Benefits Committee again in 2014. Recently, he has served on the Government Affairs and Member Benefits Committees in 2013, and was also member of the Convention Presidential Advisory Group.
At the local level, Harris was 2013 President of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® (PASS). He serves on the PASS Board of Directors.
Harris has earned his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-Pro professional designations and At Home With Diversity certification (AHWD).
At the national level, Harris is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.
