Braintree Broker to Serve on the Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS

Waltham, Mass. – January 6, 2014 – Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, will serve as Immediate Past President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) in 2014.
As the Immediate Past President of the Association, Allard-Moccia will serve in an advisory capacity to the MAR president, act as an association spokesperson, and assist in the administration of the affairs of MAR between meetings of the MAR Board of Directors.  In this role, she also will serve on the MAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors during 2014.
A REALTOR® since 1999, Allard-Moccia served as MAR President in 2013.  Prior to being president, she served as president-elect in 2012 and served as MAR’s Southern Region Vice President in 2011. She has been Chair of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Trustees for two consecutive terms and a trustee for three terms overall. She has been a member of the MAR Board of Directors since 2005 and has held several other leadership and committee positions over the years.  In 2010, Allard-Moccia was selected as MAR’s REALTOR® of the Year
At the local level, Kimberly Allard-Moccia served 10 straight terms as Chair of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® (PASS) Orientation Committee.  She also has been a member of the Association’s Professional Standards Committee, the Government Affairs Committee, and the PR Task Force and Speakers Bureau.  In 2006, Allard-Moccia was PASS President and in 2007 she received the President’s award.  In 2009 and 2010 she was named Honor Society Member and in 2009 she was named REALTOR® of Outstanding Service.
At the national level, Allard-Moccia has been a member of the NAR Board of Directors and served as Vice-Chair of the Member Communications Committee since 2013 and will be the Chair in 2014.
A REALTOR® since 1999, Allard-Moccia has earned the e-PRO and Loss Mitigation (LMC) Certifications and the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), GREEN, and Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) professional designations.
