Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year Award Local Association 2015 Winners
The Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year is selected annually from among the nominees of the 16 local associations of REALTORS® and nearly 19,000 REALTORS® in Massachusetts. It is the association's highest honor and recognizes members for their civic, business and industry-related activities and achievements in the 12 months prior to award's presentation.
The award criteria upon which nominees are judged include service to the local community, business accomplishments, and service to the REALTOR® organization on the local, state and national levels. The state REALTOR® of the Year is chosen by a selection committee which consists of the past three recipients of the award, the association's immediate past president (who shall serve as chairperson), and the immediate past president once removed. 2015 Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year Winner is Eileen Jonah-Daly.

Berkshire County Board of REALTORS®
Assist-2-Sell Buyers & Sellers Realty, Pittsfield
Steve Ray is the President of the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS®. He is a member of the Agency Workgroup, Contract and Forms Task Force, and serves on the Finance and Personnel Committees. Ray also serves as the Chair for the Government Affairs Committee. On the state level, he is on the Board of Directors and serves on the Room Occupancy Tax Subcommittee.
Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®

Peter Fyler serves on the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS’® Board of Directors and the Cape Cod & Island’s MLS Board of Directors. In 2014, Fyler served on the Professional Development and Grievance Committee. For the state, he serves on the Board of Directors.

Veronica McManus, GRI, PMN
Realty World Advantage, Woburn
Veronica McManus was the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS® President and Secretary. She currently serves on the Government Affairs, Program, and REALTOR® Community Service Committees. McManus is a member of the Northern Region Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is also the state governor for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. On the state level, McManus was the Chair for the Grievance Committee in 2014 and on the National level was the WCR Focus Committee Vice Chair.
Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®

Robert Harrington is the Vice President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. He also serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and the Association’s Merger PAG. On the state level, Harrington serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Nationally, Harrington has served on the NAR Conventional Financing and Policy Committee since 2011 and served on the NAR Johnson-Crapo Housing Reform Work Group in 2014.
Greater Fall River Association of REALTORS®
Riverside Realty, Somerset
Melanie Bissonnette serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fall River Association of REALTORS®. She is also on the Education, Program, RPAC, REALTOR® for REALTOR®, and Gala Committees. On the state level, Bissonnette was on the Board of Directors in 2014 and currently serves as an alternate member.
Southeastern Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®
Anne Whiting Real Estate, South Dartmouth
Patricia Conway is a member of the Southeastern Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. She has also been the Community Service Committee Chair for the past three years. On the state level, she has attended REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill. Conway is also instrumental in projects such as the United Way food drives, Salvation Army dinners, along with securing financial grants for the New Bedford Harbour House and the Veterans Transition House.

William Callahan is the President of the Bristol Association of REALTORS®. He has served on the Professional Development, Government Affairs, and Finance Committees. Callahan also started a special committee to raise awareness of RPAC for members. On the state level, Callahan severs on the Board of Directors and has served on the Forms and Government Affairs Committees.
North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®

Michelle Haggstrom is the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® President-Elect. Haggstrom serves on the Technology, Finance, and Communication Committees and is the Charitable Foundation Committee’s President-Elect. She serves on the MAR Board of Directors and has attended the Professional Standards Procedures Training Program & 2014 Code of Ethics Update, and the Leadership Symposium in 2015.
