Enhance Your Career With a GRI Designation

With social media, online reviews, real estate websites, and technology, it has become increasingly difficult to differentiate yourself as a REALTOR®. In today’s competitive market, clients want a savvy agent; so how do you show your expertise?

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation (or “GRI”) has a lot of value to offer you and can certainly be the answer to showing clients how you stand out in the crowd. Not only does it prove your motivation as a REALTOR®, but it also showcases the in-depth knowledge you’ve gained and your deep understanding of the real estate business.

GRI courses can offer continuing education credits as well as provide valuable networking opportunities. Besides having a higher understanding of your practice, studies have shown that agents with a GRI designation generally earn a higher income. After earning your GRI, you also receive a certificate and a plethora of marketing materials to help you promote your new designation.

The best part is that earning your GRI designation is not time-consuming or difficult. Here at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, we host all six classes (each class is two days long and offered once a year) at our Waltham Headquarters. You need to complete all of the classes within three years, but you could finish in one year if you choose.

We are hosting our GRI 202 class this October 24th and 29th. and have already completed our GRI 2020 schedule. For more information, head to marealtor.com/members/education and sign-up today!
