By now you’ve likely heard of NAR’s Commitment to Excellence or C2EX program, but have you heard of the C2EX challenge? The challenge is a contest among state associations to become the association with the most C2EX participants. You might be asking, what’s in it for me as a member? The winning associations will receive grants to further their C2EX program. And of course, becoming C2EX endorsed allows you to increase marketability and boost your status as a REALTOR®. What better way to show clients your level of professionalism?
As you know, the average day as a REALTOR® is anything but average. Never knowing what might be thrown at you during the workday, it’s important to have the most up-to-date industry standards and best practices. Earning this endorsement takes your skill to the next level and not only shows your clients how much you care, but it also shows them how much effort you are willing to put in to be the best possible resource for them.
Associations can earn points in two different ways. For every member that begins the C2EX program between June 1 – October 1, your state association earns three points. For every new C2EX endorsement or completed designation between June 1 – October 1, your association earns five points.
Not only will completing C2EX earn you an incredible endorsement, but you will also be helping MAR get one step closer to reaching our goal! We can’t complete this challenge without hardworking and dedicated members like you. Position yourself for individual success as well as the success of the whole state association and take on the challenge!
The competition started on June 1 and will run until October 1. Act now to earn that endorsement and help Massachusetts be in the running to win this challenge. It is a victory for all involved!
