The Plymouth & South Shore Association of REALTORS® will hold twelve hours of continuing education on Wednesday, February 10, and Thursday, February 11, 2010. |
Description:
The classes on Wednesday, February 10, will be Investment Property, Advanced (RE29C07), 9:00am-11:00am; Appraisal Process (RE26RC07), 11:15am-1:15pm, and Commercial Leasing & Leasing Basics (RE31RC09), 2:15pm-4:15pm. Please bring a calculator to the above three classes.
The classes on Thursday, February 11, will be Auctions 101 (RE58RC09), 9:00am-11:00am; Smart Growth/Smart Energy (RE59R09), 11:15am-1:15pm, and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Procuring Cause (RE54R06), 2:15pm-4:15pm. |
