This curriculum focuses on six areas of Risk Reduction, 93A Consumer Protection, Agency, Contract Law, Fair Housing, Antitrust and Contract Addendums. Class discussions will include types of Agencies, Broker relationships & Fiduciary responsibilities, avoiding liability by understand the elements of Anti-Trust violations, accurate record keeping and maintenance of proper disclosure documentation will also be taught. The final segment of the class includes the importance of protected groups and the history of Federal & State Fair Housing regulations.

Members who take this class have the ability to assess accurately the purchase prices a buyer can afford. Describe the current state of your local economy and mortgage market. Take steps to build rapport with buyer client or customers. Contrast and compare for consumers different mortgage options available. List the benefits of mortgage options available. List the negative aspects of mortgage options available
Course qualifies for 8 hours of continuing education credits. Buyer Agency (RE02R06), Chapter 93A, Consumer Protection and Business Regulation for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons (RE04R08), Contract Law (Re05RC12), and Open Houses & Developing a Safety Plan (RE36R05)
Tuition: $250 by June 3rd, $275 after June 3rd, $295 walk-ins (space permitting).
Cancellation Policy: $10 by June 3rd, $25 after June 3rd, +$75 one day prior - no shows forfeit entire tuition.
