Building a Real Estate Business
An in depth plan to teach the real estate agent to create a successful real estate business. The agent will learn to develop and operate their real estate business with a plan. They will develop the skills they will need in their daily routine to generate business. They will create habits that will assist them in achieving success and/or bring them to the next level. They will learn how to do all this and manage their time effectively.
Acquiring & Servicing the Listing
The day's curriculum takes a real estate agent through the listing process, starting with how to find potential seller clients. We discuss what makes an effective listing presentation and how to craft or change the agent's current presentation. We talk about different technologies that assist an agent both on the listing appointment and while marketing the property. We discuss all of aspects of marketing a property for sale so that it stands out from the competition and giving feedback to the seller throughout the process. Agents leave the class with a thorough understanding of how to find people thinking of selling, show their value as a real estate agent, secure the listing and market and sell the property.
Tuition: $250 by April 2nd, $275 after April 2nd, $295 walk-ins ( space permitting).
Cancellation Policy: $10 by April 2nd, $25 after April 2nd, +$75 one day prior - no shows forfeit entire tuition.
