Negotiating “Real Estate Rocket Science” is a four-hour module that explores the realm of new-millennium real estate negotiation. Designed to transition practitioners from a positional-based strategy system to an interest-based motivational system, this module contains four basic segments: (1) a series of hands-on interactive exercises focused on providing an alternative prospective on negotiation to practitioners; (2) an in-depth examination of “negotiation-communication” and how we unintentionally sabotage interactions through the misuse of concepts and words; (3) a detailed look at the elements of negotiation and how to identify individual motivations; and (4) an opportunity to test new skills learned in a 30-minute negotiation exercise.
