Environmental Issues This module is a must see class. This class is cutting edge and brings the REALTORS® up to date on all the relevant environmental topics such as Radon, UFFI, Lead Paint, Mold, CFC’s, PCB’s, Water Quality, Septics, Oil Spills, Asbestos, Super Fund, EPA regulations, etc.. The student will learn how to avoid the legal liabilities associated with Environmental issues. They will learn the workings of the EPA, Cercle, Sara, RECRA, CWA, CAA and Common and statutory law issues.
Technology Real Estate Service Strategies in the Information Age” or Web Empowered Agent. Combine technology with today’s real estate transactions in the course “Web Empowered Agent.” With the increasing use of the Internet to market your services and properties, communicate with clients and customers to transact business, you need to be aware of the different areas of risks. Learn ways to be certain you are in compliance with federal and state laws, NAR Code of Ethics standards regarding Internet use, advertising and protecting the privacy of clients. This course will help you feel confident as you walk away with better knowledge of conducting real estate activities on the web.
Course qualifies for 6 hours of continuing education credits. Environmental Issues (RE63RC10), Lead Paint (RE20R01), Title V (RE22RC01)
Tuition: $250 by February 18th, $275 after February 18th, $295 walk-ins ( space permitting). Cancellation Policy: $10 by February 18th, $25 after February 18th, +$75 one day prior - no shows forfeit entire tuition.
