Agent's Toolbox on FSBOs

The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® has developed this toolbox of marketing and promotional materials as a member service to support the efforts of real estate professionals who wish to cultivate new business from the For Sale By Owner Market.  All of the materials contained in this toolbox are designed to educate consumers about the home selling process and the valuable role and services REALTORS® perform during the home sale process.   
   Additionally, we have developed a consumer information brochure, compiled meaningful research data on Agent-Assisted vs. FSBO sales, and prepared talking points and generic consumer information articles filled with facts for homeowners on why it pays to work with a real estate professional to sell a home.  Notably, all of the above material may be linked to your own website using one or more of the web banners we have created and made avaialble for you to download.  As a MAR member, you also have permission to use any of the information or data contained in the above materials in listing presentations or other discussions with the public without restriction, provided you identify MAR as the source.
