Dan Shawbel

Dan Schawbel is the leading personal branding expert for Gen-Y. He is the author of “Me 2.0: Build a Powerful Brand to Achieve Career Success (Kaplan, April 2009).” With over 150,000 results for his name in Google, Fast Company calls Dan a “personal branding force of nature.” He is the founder of the award winning Personal Branding Blog®, publisher of Personal Branding Magazine®, head judge for the Personal Brand Awards® and director of Personal Branding TV®.

Presently, Dan is a Social Media Specialist at EMC Corporation, which is one of the leading technology companies in the world. Dan is a featured contributor to Mashable.com, a top 10 blog in the world and LifeHack.org, and has written for BrandWeek Magazine and Advertising Age. In total, his personal branding advice reaches over 300,000 people weekly! He’s also interviewed over 100 successful business people and celebrities, such as Marcus Buckingham, Gary Vaynerchuk, Gina Bianchini, Don Tapscott, Guy Kawasaki, and Tucker Max. He’s been featured in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, ABC News, MSNBC and the Boston Globe. Dan has 8 years of marketing experience, employed at companies such as EMC, Reebok, Lycos, LoJack, and TechTarget.

He is on the board of advisers for a geo-social network company called ((Echo)) MyPlace. Also, Dan is keynote speaker at colleges and universities and helps individuals and companies with branding. He was even invited to be one of the inaugural marketing speakers at Google. Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bentley University in 2006.
 
Ian Smith

Ian Smith got his start in Information Technology 10 years ago. During that time he's worked in help desk, as a network engineer, been a technology consultant, and now works for the Center for REALTOR Technology. His focus has changed many times throughout his IT career from building and fixing PCs to cobbling Linux servers together and now to supporting REALTORS with their industry specific technology challenges.
 

 
Mike Cutlip

Mike Cutlip is the Director of Technology Services for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. Possessing a broad knowledge of online media, Mike is an expert at mixing and matching a variety of technologies to effectively market both people and businesses.

Among the early graduates of the University of Texas at Austin’s new “Interactive Advertising” department, Mike has been on the leading edge of digital media throughout the dot-com era. Mike speaks to REALTORS® and Associations about technology topics both inside and outside Massachusetts.
 
 
Katy Mayo

Katy Mayo has been providing applications training for several years. She is a certified Microsoft Office User Specialist. Most recently she has been training students on Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. Mayo provides training to both large and small groups, as well as, to individuals in corporate and classroom settings. Her many years of computer experience are passed along to the students in her training sessions.
 
 
Doug Azarian

Doug Azarian is a past president of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® has been a REALTOR® since 1987 and is the broker-owner of Century 21/Dream Homes in Falmouth.
 
Prior to being elected to MAR president in 2007, Doug served as president-elect in 2006 and was the state association’s secretary-treasurer in 2004 and 2005. A former MAR regional vice president for Cape Cod and the Islands, he served as the association’s vice president of Professional Development in 2003, and is a former chairman of the MAR Finance Committee and vice chairman of the Technology Committee. He has been a member of the MAR Board of Directors since 1999.
 
On the local level, he serves as a director of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and previously chaired the association’s MLS Committee the past two years. A past two term treasurer for his local association, Doug served as president of the Cape Cod & Islands Association in 2001, and is a past chairman of the association’s Commercial and Finance Committees as well as a former vice chairman of its Technology Committee. He has been honored twice as the Cape Cod & Islands REALTORS® of the Year Award, first in 2002, and again in 2003.
 
 
Kimberly Allard-Moccia

Kimberly Allard-Moccia of Holbrook, broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, has been appointed vice president of legal affairs/business development for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR) in 2009.

Prior to her appointment, Allard-Moccia served as the Government Affairs Vice President in 2008 and chaired the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Trustees in 2007. In addition, she has been an MAR director since 2005, and has been a member of the Forms Content Advisory, Government Affairs, RPAC and Professional Standards Committees in recent years. Allard-Moccia is also a Sterling R RPAC contributor.

On the local level, Allard-Moccia was president of the Plymouth & South Shore Association of Realtors® (PASS) in 2006, president elect in 2005, vice president in 2004, and secretary in 2003. In 2007, Allard-Moccia was a member of the PASS Finance & Budget, Grievance, Technology and Orientation Committees, and was chairperson of the Personnel Committee. At the national level, Allard-Moccia served as a Large Board Representative on the NAR Board of Directors in 2006 and 2007.

A Realtor® since 1998, Allard-Moccia has successfully earned the Internet Certification (e-PRO), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) professional real estate designations.
