| Impending ‘Fiscal Cliff’ has varied impact on buyer and seller clients
WALTHAM, Mass. – December 18, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that confidence in the overall real estate market continued to be positive in November according to the latest *REALTOR® Market Confidence Index (RMCI). The *REALTOR® Price Confidence Index (RPCI) hit its second highest mark in November. REALTOR®-members reported there was some concern about the impending “fiscal cliff” with their buyer and seller clients in November.

| Homes put under agreement up for the 19th straight month
WALTHAM, Mass. - December 11, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that pending home sales for both single-family homes and condominiums went up for the 19th straight month in November compared to the year before. Pending sales figures (also called homes under agreement) are a leading indicator of actual housing sales in Massachusetts for the following 2-3 months.

| Waltham, Mass. – November 28, 2012 – Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, was installed on November 28 2012, as president of the 19,000-member Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) for 2013. The event took place at the Nantasket Beach Resort in Hull, Mass. and included the installation of the MAR Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Allard-Moccia’s term officially begins on January 1, 2013.
