| Waltham, Mass. – December 2, 2011 – Trisha McCarthy of Newton, New Hampshire and a broker with Keller Williams Realty in Newburyport, was installed on December 1, 2011 as president of the 19,000-member Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) for 2012. The event took place at the Salem Waterfront Hotel and Marina in Salem, Mass. and included the installation of the MAR Board of Directors and Executive Committee. McCarthy’s term officially begins on January 1, 2012.

| Massachusetts Homes Sales up in October as Positive Trend continued for the Fourth Straight Month |

| WALTHAM, Mass. – November 29, 2011 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that both October single-family home sales and condominium sales were up for the fourth straight month compared to the same time last year. Median prices for single-family home sales were down as condominium median prices were up from October 2010.
