The award was presented at MAR’s Professional Awards Reception, which was held in conjunction with the Association’s 2013 Conference and Tradeshow at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in North Falmouth.
“The amount time, energy and funds that Joel Pratt has solicited for MatchingDonors.com is just incredible,” said 2013 MAR President Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker-owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree. “He is truly helping to save a life every day and his recognition as a local, state and national Good Neighbor Award winner is well deserved.”

“Joel has been an incredible asset to MatchingDonors.com. His volunteer efforts have directly saved many lives. Without him we would not be where we are now,” said Paul Dooley, CEO, MatchingDonors.com.
Pratt was also recognized as one of five national winners of the REALTOR® Magazine 2013 Good Neighbor Award and also was a 2013 Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award winner.
In addition to Pratt, Michael Consoli of Consoli Realty Group, North Andover was awarded a 2013 Good Neighbor Award Honorable Mention for his work with Voices of Hope. The group raises money for cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
