Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Announces Winners of its First-ever REALTOR® ‘Best Blog’ Contest

Windhill Blog and Centers & Squares Blog take top honors
 
WALTHAM, Mass. – December 6, 2011 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) recently named Windhill Blog and Centers & Squares Blog winners of its first-ever REALTOR® Best Blog Contest.
 
“We had dozens of competitive entries from across the state in both the office/brokerage and individual REALTOR® categories,” said MAR 2011 President Laurie Cadigan, broker-owner of Barrett & Company in Concord. “Both category winners are great examples of what quality blogs look like. It is quite clear that these REALTORS® dedicate time and energy on these blogs and they are an important part of their marketing and brand identity.”

About the MAR Blog Contest:|
The contest was open to members of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in two categories: Office/Brokerage category and the Individual REALTOR® category. The blogs were judged based on criteria ranging from the quality and originality of content, visual design, social media integration, interactivity, and use of multimedia in the website. There was a winner and a runner-up selected in each category. The contest and judges were created and selected by the MAR Technology Committee.
