Long-term health care

The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® has partnered with John Hancock Life Insurance Co. to offer long-term care insurance to MAR members and their eligible family members at premium discounts of up to 20%. While medical insurance and/or Medicare can cover some limited long-term health care expenses, the long-term insurance that is being offered to MAR members exclusively through John Hancock provides additional coverage for such services as nursing home care, home health care, adult day care and care in an assisted living facility. Under the terms of this program long-term care insurance coverage is available to MAR members and their extended family.
