A Certified Residential Specialist has undergone a rigorous, specialized course of detailed training aimed at making residential transactions as smooth and worry-free as possible.
 

Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®.

A Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®) is specially trained to represent the buyers, helping them get the best possible price for the home they desire.
