MAR issues statewide sales and price data for the detached-single family home and condominium markets in Massachusetts approximately three weeks after the close of each month. The report contains comparison data for the same month one year earlier, as well as the prior month on the calendar.
Four times per year, MAR issues a statistical report detailing local, regional and statewide data on sales of condominium, single-family, and two-, three-, four-family homes in Massachusetts. The report also measures dollar volume in these markets, and contains comparison data for the same quarter one year earlier.
Each February, MAR releases a comprehensive year-end report on the state’s multifamily housing market which includes local, regional, and statewide sales and dollar volume data. This report is accompanied by a news release which provides interpretation and analysis of current market conditions and trends in the home market in Massachusetts.
