CE Credit: Seller Agency – 2 hrs., Buyer Agency – 2 hrs., Chapter 93A, Consumer Protection – 2 hrs., Contract Law 2 hrs.
     Risk Reduction – 8 hours (contains portions of Buyer Agency CE)
     Financing the Sale – 4 hours
     Working with Buyers – 3 hours (contains portions of Buyer Agency CE)
 

GRI 201: Tools of the Trade (CE – 4) Also satisfies mandatory code of ethics training
CE Credit – Technology - 2 hrs., Code of Ethics - 2 hrs.

GRI 202: Building a Foundation (CE – 6)
CE Credit: Architecture – 2 hrs., Condominiums, Cooperatives, Timeshares – 2 hrs., Zoning & Building Codes – 2 hrs.

     Personal & Business Taxation – 4 hours

GRI 301: Under All is the Land (CE – 6)
CE Credit: Lead Paint – 2 hrs., Title V – 2 hrs., Appraisal – 2 hrs.
     Environmental Issues – 8 hours
     Appraisal – 4 hours
     Corporate Relocation – 3 hours
 

GRI 302: Expanding your Base (CE – 4)
CE Credit: International Real Estate – 2 hrs., Investment Real Estate – 2 hrs.
     Industrial Real Estate – 2 hours
