The annual MAR Convention & Tradeshow is the largest real estate convention in Massachusetts with hundreds of agents attending sessions with the best speakers in the real estate industry. The two-day convention is traditionally held in the fall after the busy summer housing season. A prime benefit of attending the conference is the continuing education credits attendees can, the chance to hone skills with some of the brightest instructors in the industry, and the chance to network with fellow REALTORS® from across the state.
Held concurrently with the convention, the annual MAR Awards Banquet is the night the Association honors outstanding achievement in community service and the industry. Awards presented include the Massachusetts Good Neighbor Award, the Massachusetts Real Estate Educator of the Year Award, the Milton H. Shaw Award and the Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year Award.

REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill has been a yearly event for members of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® for over two decades. We join together, representing our communities, to visit with the state’s legislators and bring a unified voice on real estate and housing issues to Beacon Hill.
Opportunity Knocks is a homebuyer fair and open house event that is held to help stimulate the market and promote homes that are affordable to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers eligible for MassHousing financing. The events are a joint effort between the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and MassHousing, the state's affordable housing lender.
At these fairs, prospective homebuyers will be able to meet REALTORS®, lenders and homebuyer counselors and leave with a better understanding of the home buying process. They will also have access to listings of affordable open houses across the state where the events are taking place on both weekends at
