CRS Member of the Year
The CRS of the Year recognizes professionalism and the outstanding achievements of the nominee. The general criteria is three fold:

1.	Accomplishments within the real estate field, including sales records, innovative marketing techniques and years in the business.
2.	Attention is also given to accomplishments outside the real estate field, such as community service.
3.	Outstanding commitment to the Massachusetts State CRS Chapter.

 

 

  
Awarding a President's Award is a tradition that our Massachusetts CRS Chapter initiated many years ago when Betty Cusker was President. We recognize an individual who has been a very active Committee Chairperson, one who is innovative, creative, diligent, and forward thinking, and a pleasure to work with.

 

  

 

The Distinguished Service Award is a new recognition award for our chapter in 2009. Initiated to recognize a long- term, outstanding CRS member, Laura Shifrin was our choice as a well deserved model CRS.
 
The Board of Directed voted to call it the "Laura Shifrin Distinguished Service Award" henceforth. Our criteria were to recognize an individual who has served our CRS Chapter and CRS National tirelessly in many capacities over a number of years.
