Sven Anderson Sven was raised in Westport & Cheshire Connecticut. Graduated with a marketing/management degree from Bentley College, a business school in Waltham, Massachusetts. Having a business background in marketing has allowed Sven to be creative in how I market properties for my clients in both digital (the Internet) and print advertising.
Active in the community, I'm a member of the Winchester Rotary, St. Mary's church, a volunteer at the local senior center, a Griffin Photography Center Corporator and an active participant in the tennis community. My previous work experience in high tech sales has enabled me to use the latest technology to my advantage. Prior to my transition into the real estate world, I was employed by an international internet security company selling high end digital encryption software and security services. I'm a Allen Hainge Cyberstar. Cyberstars are a select group of 200 tech focused real estate professionals across the country. Being a Cyberstar allows me to network with share ideas with other real estate professionals who are looking to make the real estate process better for their buyers and sellers. Having a technical background sets me apart from other professionals in my field, I think out of the box with various technology tools. Using the web and specialized marketing software allows me to my clients buy and sell their home(s) efficiently--and I am eager to share this technical expertise with my customers!
January of 2007 I moved (with my team) to Remax Leading Edge to further my marketing efforts for my clients. In 2003 I received the Diamond Society Award from Coldwell Banker. This award is only given to the top 20% of the brokers within the company, showing recognition for my past year achievements. In 2004 I was able to achieve the prestigious Presidents Circle Award which is given to the top 10%. In 2005, with the addition of my assistant, I did surpassed my 2004 goal and once again was awarded the Presidents Circle Award. In 2007 I was honored to receive the Remax the "Rookie of the Year" award for the greatest amount of revenue generated by a new agent in the Remax New England network. I'm able to exceed my goals by providing the highest level of customer service and support throughout the entire real estate process for my clients with the support of my team, without them I would have never been able to achieve what I did in 2007. In 2008 I was one of only 14 in New England to receive the Platinum Award for production.

Gary is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and President of Central Mass Appraisals, Inc., a real estate appraisal company specializing in residential valuation since 1986. He was past owner and President of Bourque Realty, Inc. for 25 years and is currently a co-owner of Realtyology, Inc., a new blended real estate sales firm located in Leominster.
Gary is a past Board member of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors and currently serves on various committees including Education, Real Estate School, Professional Standards (Chair), Golf and Orientation where he is also an instructor for the Code of Ethics and many other real estate and real estate appraisal classes.

Gary Rogers, a broker with RE/MAX First Realty in Waltham, is the 2009 President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Gary served as 2005 MAR regional vice president for Greater Boston.
