Ed Bugos
Edward Bugos has been a licensed Realtor since 1968. He has worked in every facet of the business: listing, selling, building, rehabbing, and for the past nine years, heavily working the REO business. He is also a national trainer and has been a featured speaker at many national conferences. One of his accomplishments is that he has written and published a book on time management. “Color Me Successful” His energy and enthusiasm, as well as his passion for the business, are self-evident.
His most recently authored “Foreclosure for the Buyers agent” is now an ABR elective course for REBAC. Ed was inducted into the REBAC “Hall of Fame” 2007. He has conducted webinar programs on short sales for the MA Association of Realtors and REBAC. Ed and his partner were #1 in company listings and #1 in company closed units 2007. ( 18 offices and over 500 agents )

Ed has had much experience with foreclosure properties, listing or selling one nearly every day. He is a very “hands on” agent doing everything in the process from the evictions to the broker price opinions ( BPO) to the property maintenance. He accomplishes all this with the help of one business partner.

Mr. Andrew Consoli has been teaching for over 10 years and has enlightened thousands of professionals throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mr. Consoli is highly motivated and experienced. Rick DeLuca
Rick DeLuca

Rick was one of only two trainers selected by the National Association of Realtors to conduct their Instructor Development Workshops (IDW’s). He has also conducted IDW’s for many state associations since 1984. He has been a featured speaker in numerous NAR National Conventions, as well as all the major franchise national conventions. Rick has been a senior instructor for the Realtors National Marketing Institute and was nominated National Trainer of the Year for NAR.



 
 
Bruce Downs
Bruce has an extensive 30-years background in the real estate industry. After spending several years as an agent, he became a Managing Broker for several top-producing regional real estate offices in the Pacific Northwest.
 
Bruce has been associated with the real estate technology industry since the late 1990’s. In recent years, he was the National Trainer for one of the nation’s most recognized real estate lead generation companies, HouseValues, where he collaborated on the creation of courses for its client base. He then delivered over 500 technology seminars throughout the United States and Canada.
 
Giving back to the industry has always been a priority for Bruce. He served as President for the Seattle-King County Association of REALTORS® and as a director and the Vice President of Business Practices at the state level. At the  National Association of REALTORS®, Bruce served as a Director and on the Executive Committee, as well as a chairperson for several MAR committee. In 2007 he was the Chair for the Real Estate Services Forum. Bruce was instrumental in the development of, and is as approved instructor for NAR’s “At Home with Diversity” course
