MAR is now using 10K Research, Inc., a subsidiary of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®, to compile and format housing sales data, providing members with the most intensive, accurate housing sales data available. Each month, members will have access to a comprehensive 12-page housing market indicators report, packed with easy-to-read tables and charts at no charge.

Each report will cover the single-family and condominium markets and will include information on: closed sales, median sale prices, inventory of homes for sale, months of supply of inventory, days on market until sale, and new listings. In addition, a report on the percent of original list price received and a housing affordability index will be available, as well as pending sales (under agreement) data and REALTOR® Market Index and Price Index data.
