Websites can often be daunting when you are looking for something, but I challenge you to get on your computer and explore the NAR and MAR websites along with your local association website. I guarantee you’ll find information and tools to help you succeed in your business. I can touch upon a few key resources to get you started, but make no mistake – there’s so much more.

Let me start with highlighting some of my favorite tools available to our members on the MAR website. Did you know you can get buyer and seller brochures and fabulous housing releases with graphs and statistics? Here’s another question for you. Did you know you can shop at the marwireless center for phones, plans, and back to school specials? Feel like shopping for a vacation? No problem, just visit the MAR Vacation Center. But there’s more. Your MAR membership also entitles you to purchase Bruin’s and Family Show Discount tickets–just log onto the site and go to the drop down box on left for Member Benefits. There are over 50 member benefit participants offering items of value with discounts. You also have the ability to search for Legal Articles in the archives. We also produce a monthly podcast with real-time answers to realtime issues. Don’t reinvent the wheel, start exploring your local association web site as well as the MAR and the NAR sites. You will be amazed at the amount of information at your fingertips.

There is so much more, and when you aren’t able to network in a live setting like the Conference & Tradeshow, these websites can give you the same benefits as sharing ideas in person.
