Knowing that people buy and sell homes in all markets and that the real estate transaction can be complicated, Tiger Home Inspection has launched a series of radio public service announcements (PSAs) featuring 2010 MAR President Keving Sears.  The radio announcements encourage consumers to take advantage of the Homebuyer Tax Credit and to use a local REALTOR®.  Two radio spots were developed, one explaining the benefits of the first-time Homebuyer Tax Credit and the second giving information for repeast homebuyers.  The PSAs will  launch Monday February 15 on 105.7 WROR and February 22 on 102.5 WKLB and will alternate each week on each station over a total of 40 consecutive weeks. touting the benefits of working with a REALTOR®.

Additional PSAs were developed for once the Tax Credit expires April 30, 2010 and will feature additional relevant real estate information home buyers and sellers should consider before jumping into the market.
