Jamie Regan of Mashpee, a REALTOR® broker-owner of Century 21/Regan REALTORS® also in Mashpee, has been elected Cape Cod & Islands Regional Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) for 2010. 

 

As Vice President for the Cape Cod & Islands region, Regan will coordinate REALTOR® association objectives and activities within the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®  Inc. (CC&IAOR), and meet regularly with local and regional leadership to discuss real estate industry issues of statewide importance.   Jamie Regan will also serve as a member of the MAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors as a result of his election as Regional Vice President.

  

At the state level, Regan has been a member of the MAR Board of Directors since 2008.  He has also served on the Communications, Technology, RPAC, and Grass Roots Committees.  He was also a Director of the Massachusetts chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists.

 

On the local level, Regan was the 2008 President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® Inc. and Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service Inc. (CC&IMLS) and has been member of its Board of Directors since 1999.  In 2001, Regan was recognized by his peers and awarded REALTOR® of the Year of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS Inc. and Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service Inc.

 

At the national level, Regan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, Communications Committee and is the 2010 Vice Chairperson of the Auction Committee.

 

A REALTOR® since 1980, Regan has earned his Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), GREEN, and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) professional real estate designations.  In addition, Regan has also earned his Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC).
