On December 3^rd at the MAR Installation of Officers, Kevin Sears of Springfield was officially installed as 2010 President by Moe Veissi, 2010 NAR First Vice President.  The event took place at the Basketball Hall of Fame and hosted over two hundred REALTORS® from across the state.  Sears will officially assume the duties as MAR President on January 1, 2010. As president, he will direct the internal and external activities of the Association; preside at all meetings of the MAR Board of Directors and Executive Committee; act as the official spokesperson for the Association on issues related to the real estate industry; and represent MAR members on the NAR Board of Directors.
