Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, was selected as Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year for 2010 at the Professional Awards and Recognition Dinner held October 18 during the MAR Conference & Tradeshow in Worcester.
The state’s REALTOR® of the Year is selected annually from among the nominees of the 16 local associations of REALTOR® and more than 18,000 REALTOR® in Massachusetts. Judging for the award is based on service to the local community, business accomplishments, and service to the REALTOR® organization on the local, state and national levels.
Kimberly Allard-Moccia is currently serving her second straight term as Chair of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® (PASS) Orientation Committee. She also is a member of the Association’s Professional Standards Committee, the Government Affairs Committee, and the PR Task Force Speakers Bureau. In 2006, Allard-Moccia was PASS President and in 2009 she was named Honor Society Member and REALTOR® of Outstanding Service.
At the state level, Allard-Moccia is member of the MAR Board of Directors, Finance Committee, Communications Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. She is also the Chair of the RPAC Trustees. In the past, Allard-Moccia has served on the Government Affairs Committee and a member of the Executive Committee as Focus Area Vice President for Business Development and Legal Affairs. At the national level, Allard-Moccia has been a member of the NAR Board of Directors and Communications Committee since 2009.
Allard-Moccia has earned the e-PRO and Loss Mitigation (LMC) Certifications and the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Green professional designations.
