Christopher Coy is former President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (2002) and is currently a director of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service.  He was recently the Chair of the Charles F. Lockhart Distinguished Service Award Task Force and a member of the Cape Cod & Islands MLS Task Force Committee and has also spent several terms as a member of the Board of Directors.  At the state level, Coy has been a member of the MAR Board of Directors and has served as a professional standards hearing panelist.

Carol Fontana is currently Chair of the Technology Committee of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS®.  She is also a member of the Board of Directors, the Membership Drive Coordinator and a member of the Strategic Planning and Professional Standards Committees.  Fontana also serves on several committees of the Northern Region Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR).  At the state level, Fontana has been a long-time member of the Professional Standards Committee and is the 2010 President-Elect of Massachusetts Chapter of the WCR.  On the national level, Fontana has attended several NAR Mid-Year Legislative Meetings, NAR Conventions and WCR national meetings.

John Ranco is the 2010 Immediate-Past President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR), Chair of GBAR Nominating Committee and a Director of both GBAR Board of Directors and of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.  He has been a member of the GBAR Board of Directors since 2004 and has served as President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and as the Chair of the GBAR Strategic Planning Committee.  At the state level, Ranco is a member of the MAR Board of Directors and the Education Committee.  At the national level, Ranco is a member of the 2010 Communications Committee and in 2009 was a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Stephanie Pandiscio is the 2010 President of the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®.  In addition to being President, Pandiscio is a member of the Executive, Finance, PR/Communications, Technology, Professional Standards, Grievance, Government Affairs, and Merger Talk Committees.  In 2008, Pandiscio was NCMAR’s REALTOR® of the Year.  At the state level, Pandiscio is a member of the MAR Professional Standards Committee, and an RPAC contributor.   Pandiscio also serves on the Massachusetts Chapter of CRS Board of Directors.  At the national level, Pandiscio has NAR Mid-Year meetings, the New England REALTOR® Conference and the NAR National Convention.

Kimberly Allard-Moccia is currently serving her second straight term as Chair of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® (PASS) Orientation Committee.  She is currently also a member of the Professional Standards Committee, the Government Affairs Committee, and the PR Task Force Speakers Bureau.  In 2006, Allard-Moccia was PASS President and in 2009 she was named Honor Society Member and REALTOR® of Outstanding Service.  At the state level, Allard-Moccia is member of the MAR Board of Directors, Finance Committee, Communications Committee and the Professional Standards Committee.  She is also the Chair of the RPAC Trustees.  In the past, Allard-Moccia has served on the Government Affairs Committee and a member of the Executive Committee as Focus Area Vice President for Business Development and Legal Affairs.  At the national level, Allard-Moccia has been a member of the NAR Board of Directors and Communications Committee since 2009.

Richard Freitas is currently a Director of the Tri-County Board of REALTORS® and a member of the Education Committee, Finance Committee, and Professional Standards Committee.  In 2008, Freitas served as the Tri-County Board President.  At the state level, Freitas has been both an MAR Director and Alternate Director and a member of the Forms Content Committee.  At the national level, Freitas has been President of the New England CCIM Chapter and the President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute.  When not volunteering for the REALTOR® Association, Freitas has also been President of the Easton Lions Club and the Easton Chamber of Commerce.
