This quarterly seminar series offers a forum for real estate company owners and office principals and managers to learn about emerging business models, timely industry issues and consumer trends, and important laws and regulations that can affect a firm's productivity and profitability.

 

The half-day seminars, which frequently feature nationally-recognized business consultants and real estate industry experts, offer insight and instruction on many elements of real estate brokerage, including corporate operations, effective office policies, new technology, and financial and personnel management issues.

 

MAR Broker-Owner Seminars are typically offered at the association's headquarters in Waltham, but sessions are also held in regional locations across the state. Seminars are offered in guest lecture or panel discussion format.
