Refunds, Returns and Shipping Policies
 

MAR Product Mall Policies

Refunds/Returns:
You may return items purchased from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® Product Mall within 30 days of shipment for a full refund, provided the product has not been used or damaged. MAR also will pay the return shipping cost should the return have been precipitated as a result of our error.  We regret that we are unable to accept returns of registered software, merchandise that is in working order but has been removed from its original packaging, and items returned more than 45 days after shipment.

Shipping:
Items purchased online from the MAR Product Mall will be shipped within one business day of the order being placed provided the item(s) are in stock. With our value-priced ground service, delivery of items may be expected within two to four business days of the shipment date.
Shipping and handling charges will apply to your order based on the fees cited below.

Overnight Shipping:
Should you need an item delivered overnight, you may request that your order be sent via UPS or FedEx overnight service for an additional charge.  Next day shipments will be sent via Standard Overnight delivery (next business afternoon) unless otherwise requested.  In addition, we can not guarantee fulfillment of orders nor next day delivery on orders placed after 3:30 p.m. (EST). 

Cancellation of an Order:
In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call MAR Customer Service at 1-800-725-6272.  If we are unable to stop your order prior to shipping, you may return it according to the policy cited above.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt.  Be sure to obtain a copy.  Keep the original shipping container, all packing materials and parts intact and contact the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® for instructions on returning the damaged package(s). Please notify the MAR Customer Service Department at 1-800-725-6272 within 5 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

Privacy Policy:
Upon completing orders on line, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® will retain all relevant contact information to maintain an up-to-date and accurate member record.  This personal contact information may also be used to alert you to special product promotions through the MAR Product Mall. 

Discounts/Product Specials:
If you pay for MAR Product Mall merchandise using your Massachusetts Association of Realtors® Visa or MasterCard issued through MBNA America, you will automatically be entitled to receive 5 percent discount off all items purchased as part of your order, excluding shipping costs and state taxes.

Throughout the year, MAR may offer special sales or reduced prices on specific Product Mall merchandise.  Announcements on special product pricing will appear in the print editions of Bay State Realtor® magazine or be delivered electronically to your email address on file.
