1. How do I access Form Simplicity?
• Go to marealtor.formsimplicity.com.  First-time users must register for a password by clicking the link at the top of the page.
2. What are the system requirements?
• PC users must have the latest version of Adobe Reader X and the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. An XP, Vista or Windows 7 operating system is also required.
• Mac users must have the latest version of Adobe Reader X installed and may only use Safari 4. If you have issues establishing Adobe Reader as your pdf handler, please call Tech Helpline at 877.573.5613
3. How do I change my email address or login ID?
• After logging in, click on “Preferences” at the top right corner of the page.
4.  How do I get training?
• Go to the Help Page and watch the Form Simplicity training video, register for a free live webinar training class, and download the Form Simplicity “Quick Reference Guide”. 
5. How can I send forms to my client?
• You can email, fax, or send files through DocuSign for electronic signature.
