Developed as an important business planning tool exclusively for MAR members, these bi-annual reports offer comprehensive analysis, historical trendlines, and short-term forecasts on important economic indicators and residential real estate market conditions in Massachusetts. Specifically, the reports track changes in the Bay State's population and labor market, personal and household income growth, new home construction activity, and annual housing sales and price data. In addition, the report provides national data for comparison purposes, and many of the data indices contain forecasts for the coming year as well.
