Learn about commercial investment and participate in a commercial marketing session all in one day while earning CE’s! MAR’s Massachusetts Commercial Investment Council is hosting an event on Wednesday, March 12th at the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® in Auburn, MA. Dynamic instructor Peter West, ABR, CCIM, CRS, GRI, SRES, will be teaching the National Economic Trends and Technology commercial CE course in the morning. In the afternoon, Peter will host a commercial marketing session at which participants will share their “Haves and Wants”, and match up listings with prospective buyers for commercial and investment properties.
This Massachusetts Commercial Investment Council event will begin with a commercial CE course in National Economic Trends and Technology from 10AM to 12PM. Lunch will be provided during a networking break from 12PM-1PM. From 1PM to 3:30PM we will provide members and guests with the opportunity to share their “haves and wants” in commercial real estate by marketing their listings and providing information on what their buyers are looking for. Each participant will be given time to address the group. These events have been known to open up excellent business opportunities, so don’t miss out!
This event is being held at the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® at 492 Washington St. in Auburn, MA. The cost is only $25 for MCIC members.
