This bi-monthly online series offers a forum for real estate company owners, office principals and managers to learn about emerging brokerage issues and important laws and regulations that can affect a firm's productivity and profitability.
The 60-90 minute sessions, which feature regionally-recognized business consultants and real estate industry experts, offer insight and instruction on many elements of real estate brokerage, including corporate operations, effective office policies, new technology, and financial and personnel management issues.
