The Loss Mitigation Certification
The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS'® one-day certification course will teach REALTORS® how to work effectively with complicated transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, properties at auction or bank-owned (also known as real estate owned or REO). Local and state REALTOR® Associations may also license the course for delivery to their own members.

The one-day Loss Mitigation Certification course (LMC) equips REALTORS® with the tools to work on the complicated transactions involving foreclosures and REOs, short sales, and auctions.  Nearly 800 REALTORS® have already earned the Certification and the numbers are growing.
